This is the only published address for now. A dedicated support address will appear here when Zyra Workouts ships; until then, everything is routed from this one.
What to send where
- Apps
- Bugs, account issues, questions about Zyra Workouts or MacroDiet — say which app and, for MacroDiet, the page you were on. The support page lists where each app stands.
- Corrections
- A number, formula, source, or sentence on this site you believe is wrong. Include the page URL and, if you can, the source you checked against. Corrections are made on the page and its updated date changes.
- Privacy
- Access, export, correction, or deletion requests for account data. Write from the address on the account. The privacy policy describes what is held and how in-app deletion works.
What we cannot help with
Zyra is a training and nutrition tracking tool, not a coaching or medical service. We do not give individual training plans, individual nutrition targets, or any health advice by email — the calculators and guides here show how the formulas work, and decisions about your health belong with you and a qualified professional who knows your history.
